Update 4.30.13
I apparently have insomnia now too, I have no idea why, I’m exhausted! Anyway, here is an update of todays after work happenings 🙂
All clean and shiny, I sort of want to put a gloss sealer on this so its not just pretty when wet... I would think those sealers would show a traffic pattern though, anyone know that for sure?

Before I finished the grout in the shower.
I even had some time to sit and think... I placed an offer on a lot/house downtown... I am learning about all sorts of real estate crap all over again. This one is a negotiating thing and something I am vvery willing and able to walk away from if it calls for it but also something that will accommodate my house well and potentially provide income from a rental with a little work . Wish me luck, while I am not emotionally invested it would be super cool 🙂
HI, Even if you decide not to seal the whole floor you should get a grout sealer put on to keep dirt out of the poures texture to keep it looking good for a longer time. Good luck on the property deal. Jack
