While ‘technically’ you’re right, it is a mobile home, a tiny house is MUCH different than what you know as a mobile home, starting with the construction, these homes are solid and built with the same techniques as a standard home, they have a lot more insulation and perform much better in harsh winters, among many other differences, it comes down to quality. The wheels are simply a formality to bypass the local codes which require a much larger amount of square feet, square feet that I don’t want to build or maintain, putting wheels under it allows it to be in a different category and thus much smaller than the standard ‘McMansion’ or trailer house for that matter.
Hi Gabriel, I do have plans for this house here, http://minimotives.com/buy-plans/, they are designed for the DIYer but can be handed off to any builder as well.
Where did you get your appliances, namely, the stove/oven? And is that a front load washer?? Cool if it is.Any problems living with a composting toilet? and its location so near the cooking area? I’m very intrigued with the tiny house living. Love your darling house.
Notice it has wheels. We used to call this type of home a mobile home or trailer.

How can I build one for myself? Do you have plans for this house on wheels?

The stove is reclaimed out of an RV, it is in perfect working condition and AWESOME, best oven ever. That is a combo washer/dryer unit that was purchsed online, there are several styles available. No issues at all with the composting toilet (http://minimotives.com/2015/04/28/all-the-reasons-flush-toilets-are-actually-the-gross-ones-and-why-i-love-my-compost-toilet/) Thank you for the kind words!
