Update 4.9.13
OMG two in one day, weird! It was a big day, kinda sad but kinda ok. Our family dog that I got when I was 16 passed away today. He was not feeling well at all towards the end, he was having a rough time. He passed away with all of his loved ones at home. It is sad but he had a very good life, we are very happy we got to have him as a dog, I just hope he felt as lucky! He wasn’t scared or anything, he’s such a trooper, you will be missed though Gage.
I stayed home from work today to help him and be with him, in between helping him (while he napped) through the day I was able to get some work done on my house too. Below is the progress:
Step one of tiling got done today.
It was fairly easy to score the cement board with a jig-saw then just snap it as needed. I was actually surprise how fast it went.
After laying it all out I screwed it in place and then filled and taped the gaps with a mortar material
Also went petty quick! Next is to lay out the heat tape and then tile! Still shooting for this Sunday to start that!
I jusst dinked around getting images, I haven't had my nice camera out for a while...

I am growing an avocado tree, we will see how it goes...
So far so good, should be rooting soon.
Tobi is an only dog now, he is a jerk enough that he probably likes that. We will miss Mr. Gage though, he was a good dog, I think he had a good life.
