The second panel is a fixed panel that sits behind the trailer lift. The electrical panel sits behind this, if I had better forethought I would have designed this differently as it is it will work... You'll notice the second smaller panel next to the big one too, that is for my radiant floor. I put it on an entirely different panel so that it will have it's own plug, right now I am just using a splitter and have a 15 amp power cord running my entire house. If that ever becomes a problem I can use two different circuits and split off my floor heating which is probably the main draw at the end of the day. I am happy to see that I don't need that right now though.
