Just curious — what is the open space for on the far wall, behind the cabinetry and by the couch corner? What is the width measurement? Does it extend all the way to the shower stall area? Absolutely love your house!
It is about a foot deep and it extends back all the way to the shower which is approximately 4′ deep. It’s right about 7′ tall and is intended to be storage space for any large items, skis, etc. As of now I use it to store my dogs training crate that he hasn’t needed in forever… I thought I may use it more but it’s nice to have I suppose. The bookshelf is on casters so it can roll out when I need access.
