can the closet space be extended further just below the bed area? Or is there a purpose why the loft is hanging like that?
Not really, its the structural part of the trailer, gooseneck trailers have a hangy over part like that. There is however a two foot deep electrical closet that could be gained, and the panel relocated (it is tomatoes solar batteries when off grid)
