It’s on demand and so no ‘size’ it is located under the sink. If you are on wheels typically you can’t have a structure higher than 13′-6″ from the asphalt without a permit, so however you can work it inside of that you’re golden. Lower trailer beds=taller ceilings. My ceiling is 9′ at the peak.
Hi Mike, I sell the plans here, http://minimotives.com/buy-plans/, I estimate it took me about 900 hours to build my place but that is a ton of time reclaiming materials too. hope that helps!
What size is your hot water heater and where is it located? Also, how high can the roof’s be?

where and how does one find property for tiny homes on wheels. all vacant land I have found requires large foot prints and foundations.
Here is my best advice on that, http://minimotives.com/2014/06/25/where-can-you-park-a-tiny-house/ Hope it helps!
Where can I get the plans for one like yours, also, how long did it take to finish. Thanks Mike
