There is, The first paint was a prier/paint. I thought since it was so subtle that I would be fine to just paint over it with normal paint so that is what I bought to cover it (it was half the price) Turns out you need twice as much at least, even if it was such a subtle color difference.
Isn’t there a primer you could use to stop bleeding thru?
